It is possible to sleep on the premises if you have no other accommodations, bring your tent and sleeping bag. Camping showers are available at the campsite. If this is not possible for some reasons, contact us and we will try to find accommodation for you inside (but please be mindful that only a few places are available). There will also be a dormitory for women / trans people / queer people who want to sleep in a separate space. The place ensures hospitality for those who participate in the meeting from the night of 25th July to the morning of 29th, if you intend to stay longer in Rome you will have to organize yourself with other solutions.
The place is accessible to people with disabilities.
At the entrance and for the entire duration of the meeting there will be an info-point with information on the place, maps of the place and the cityand the number of a local lawyer.
For security reasons the venue that hosts the meeting will be closed during the night after a certain hour of the evening. If you plan to arrive or leave during the night, you must agree in advance with the person who has the keys to the place.
If you come by car, you can park for free outside the place.
Entrance and Admission
Admission to the meeting is free, but a free offer for food will be requested. . Only wine, beer and fruit juices will be at a fixed price. The money collected will be used to cover the expenses of the organization and, if there’s a remaing sum available, for prisoners support activities.
The animal companions are welcome, but be careful because inside the place that hosts us there are cats and chickens.
Distributions, Info stalls, Translations
Tables and info stalls dedicated to the support of prisoners will be available (info, letters, donations), distros and flyers. Feel free to bring your own distribution, but please let us know in advance so we can check for available spaces.
We will have the equipment available with radio and headphones for simultaneous translations. It is expected that most presentations will be in English, with translation into Italian and possibly into other languages. But we will decide from time to time, depending on the needs of the people present, how to organize the translations. We need more people available to translate! If you can help us with this, contact us.
Food and Kitchen
The kitchen will be self-managed, except for Friday evening when the dinner will be organized by the people of the place hosting the meeting. There will be a poster where to sign in for the kitchen shifts, as well as for cleaning, infopoint, food recovery and other tasks. The collaboration of everyone is crucial for the success of the meeting!
All the food will obviously be vegan, if you have any particular allergies please let us know in advance.
If you want to contribute with food donations, contact us. We need: coffee, tea and herbal tea, dried fruit, extra virgin olive oil, muesli, capers, olives, drinks, anti-mosquito lotions and everything that comes to mind!
A serigraphy will be available on-site, we have animal-themed frames, if you want to wear plain-colored shirts or pieces of fabric to print sweaters and patches!

E’ possibile dormire sul posto se non avete altre sistemazioni, portate la vostra tenda e sacco a pelo. Vi sono docce da campeggio funzionanti. Se questo non è possibile per qualche ragione, contattateci e cercheremo di trovare una sistemazione per voi all’interno (soltanto pochi posti sono disponibili). Sarà presente anche un dormitorio per sole donne / persone trans / persone queer che vogliono dormire in uno spazio separato. Il posto assicura l’ospitalità per chi partecipa all’incontro dalla notte del 25 luglio alla mattina del 29, se intendete fermarvi di più a Roma dovrete organizzarvi autonomamente.
Il posto è accessibile alle persone con disabilità.
All’ingresso e per tutta la durata dell’incontro sarà presente un info-point con informazioni sul posto, mappe del luogo e della città, numero di avvocato e altro.
Per motivi di sicurezza il luogo che ospita l’incontro resterà chiuso durante la notte in alcuni orari. Se pianificate di arrivare o di ripartire durante la notte, dovete accordarvi in anticipo con la persona che ha le chiavi del posto.
Se venite in auto, è possibile parcheggiare gratuitamente all’esterno del posto.
Ingresso
L’ingresso all’incontro è gratuito, verrà chiesta un’offerta libera per il cibo. Ogni persona dà ciò che può. Saranno a prezzo fisso solo vino, birra e succhi di frutta. I soldi raccolti verranno utilizzati per coprire le spese dell’organizzazione e, se ne avanzano, per il supporto ai/le prigionierx.
I compagni animali sono ben accetti, ma fate attenzione perché all’interno del luogo che ci ospita sono presenti gatti e galline.
Distro e Traduzioni
Saranno disponibili dei tavoli dedicati al supporto dei/le prigionierx (info, lettere, donazioni), alle distro e ai flyer. Porta la tua distro!
Avremo a disposizione l’attrezzatura con radio e cuffie per traduzioni in simultanea. Si prevede che la maggior parte delle presentazioni saranno in inglese, con traduzione in italiano ed eventualmente in altre lingue. Ma decideremo di volta in volta, a seconda delle esigenze, con quali modalità organizzare le traduzioni. Abbiamo bisogno di più persone che si danno disponibili per tradurre! Cibo e Cucina
La cucina sarà autogestita, tranne per la serata del venerdì in cui la cena verrà organizzata dalle persone del luogo che ospita l’incontro. Sarà presente un cartellone dove segnarsi per i turni cucina, oltre che per le pulizie, l’infopoint, il recupero del cibo e altri compiti. E’ importante la collaborazione di tuttx per la buona riuscita dell’incontro!
Tutto il cibo ovviamente sarà vegan, se hai allergie particolari comunicacelo in anticipo.
Se vuoi contribuire con donazioni di cibo, contattaci. Abbiamo bisogno di: caffè, thè e tisane, succhi di frutta (senza zucchero), frutta secca, muesli, tahina, capperi, olio extravergine di oliva, olive, tofu, lozioni anti-zanzare e tutto quello che ti viene in mente!
Sarà disponibile sul posto una serigrafia, noi abbiamo dei telai a tema liberazione animale, se vuoi porta magliette a tinta unita o pezzi di stoffa per stampare maglie e toppe!
